Time for an #eggfast! This really helps me get rid of bloating and get my mind and body back in gear. An egg fast can also help you get past a plateau or if you've been struggling to get into ketosis. I've done 5 days before but I still like eggs... As promised here’s a list of what I ate this week during my 5 day egg fast. I struggled with not being hungry most of the week so this wasn’t necessarily the norm for me. A lot of people think I’m nuts for doing these egg fasts, but I love them! They work great, I feel great and it’s a perfect reset into deep ketosis.

This is my first attempt at making egg loaf and I was not disappointed! It made my house smell so so good whilst it was baking.☺️ All it took was 5 eggs, 5 ounces of cream cheese, 5 tbsps of butter, 1 tsp now of vanilla, 1 tsp of cinnamon, and 2 tsps of stevia all whipped up in my trusty kitchen aid mixer for about three minutes. Then I poured it into a 13x9 and baked on 350* for about 35 minutes. I made 12 pieces of this faux french toast. I think it’s gonna be the bomb.com when I toast a piece till crispy and cover it in whipped cream and sugar free maple syrup. Oh, or ricotta and sugar free chocolate chips. Oh, or whipped sugar free vanilla pudding (made with heavy cream instead of milk) and honey! Egg Fast Results After my 5 day egg fast I lost 6 pounds!!! I’m sure some of the weight will come back once I eat regular Keto foods and I’m ok with that. Curious to see what will happen. It was easier than I thought it would be. I didn’t get sick of eggs. I think because I made things with the eggs that wasn’t just plain eggs. Best part is the scale started moving again. For the last month and a half the scale would move down slightly then up a few pounds. So frustrating! I think this is exactly what my body needed. I’m eating regular Keto foods this weekend and starting another egg fast next week. I like it because it’s easy and cheap!
