Thank god it’s Friday! I feel like this has been the longest week ever! Anyway, i wanted to jump on and chat about Mother’s Day. As we all know, May 12 is our big day and i wanted to know what you moms want. I’m going to be honest with you, I didn’t write a long blog post about the “perfect Mother’s Day gift” because if you are anything like me, the only gift you want is.. PEACE!!! Lol am I right? We want a day of peace and quiet, a day alone to do nothing. And every year my husband gives me that wonderful gift! oh, and my favorite chocolate from @sucreneworleans it’s called AVERY. If you are a salty sweet person, this is the chocolate for you. Ok.. back to our gift. Every Mother’s Day, i start off with the family. We have breakfast together and they love on me.. then i BOUNCE! I leave the house and just explore.. alone. I think last year I walked around the quarter, ate a fancy lunch and then sat in the @theelizajanenola hotel lobby sipping on a spritzer. It was a great day. So Moms, What do y’all want this year!?
