Vsaka ima svoj »tabor«, ki trdi, zakaj je prav tista najboljša. Katera ponudi najboljše rezultate? A to ni pravo vprašanje.❓Na koncu dneva, osnovni princip je vsem enak. Vsem je osnova kalorijski deficit. Zaradi česar tudi lahko rečemo, da enako dobro delujejo. ⁣ ⁣ ❌To so dokazale tudi raziskave, ki so rezultate omenjenih diet med seboj primerjale.
