Meet Morganne. We met from training for a job with Dutch Bros. Yesterday she messaged me at 5:30 and asked to go to the coast and who could’ve turned that down. One of the most amazing waterfalls in Washington just across the Columbia River Gorge. I had this dream spot all to myself yesterday on a Saturday. Sublime!

Finally conquered my ultimate bucket-list item for Idaho; kayak to Shoshone Falls. _______________________________________ Our group didn’t realize Pillar Falls was flooded, or that the waterfall went back up in power. This made our experience very wet and a bit difficult. It was absolutely worth it though, even though I almost dumped myself into the river! I was right under the waterfall splash zone, rain was coming down, and a breeze lifted my kayak on its side. Thankfully I was able to straighten out and not lose the most important item I own; my camera. If you’re ready for an adventure, I 10/10 recommend this trek! @visitsouthidaho __________________________________ @melnbarry

I love when on a road trip, you lose the sense of time and place. You forget for how long you’ve been driving, what day it is, and sometimes your location too. When you finally decide to put all the maps away and just drive wherever you feel like. I like when you forget about where and when and just focus on the moment, yourself, and the people around you.
