Someday, this beauty will be completely healed, and it will be because of Him. I often daydream about what that will be like... to see my girls walk, to get to have a conversation with them. I get weepy even thinking about it. This mama was shvitzing like I was backpacking through the amazon! This was obvs the perfect reason to purchase a cool and refreshing Watermelon Mint Julep What do y’all do to stay cool in the parks during the summer season? Post in the comments below ••• For all of my Magically Gifted family and friends, staying cool during these next few months is vital. I like to wander through the stores for a bit between rides and walking or stop in at the First Aid station. It’s a great way to bring those body temps back down and also check out all the new merch that I tell myself I need ••• Don’t forget that Disney allows park goers to bring drinks into the parks so be sure to pack a big water bottle with lots of ice and sip on it regularly throughout the day to stay hydrated. Eateries like Plaza Inn, Jolly Holiday, Red Rose Tavern, Pizza Planet, and Bengal Barbecue offer complimentary water if you forget yours or run out. When in doubt, head to the Mint Julep Bar in New Orleans Square and sip on my fave Watermelon Mint Julep while enjoying some people watching.
