EVERY DAY IM WAFFLING . . Sweet afternoon Friday treat for my Voguey Bear, before we have some fun on the park and she goes to her Dads for the weekend. . To make the waffles We used 40g oats (hex b) 2 heaped tablespoons of fat free yogurt (free) 1 egg (free) 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence (free) 1 tbsp of sweetener (0.5 syns) . Whisked all together and pour the mixture into a waffle mould. (I bought mine from amazon) TIP; spray mould with frylight before to prevent sticking. . Pop into oven at 180c for 18-20 mins until golden. Then gently remove the waffles and flip over and cook on the other side for a further 5 mins. . TOPPINGS Obvs you can choose whatever you like but for one side of the waffle I went for 1 melted tbsp of Nutella (4.5 syns) strawberries (speed) & sprinkles (just counting a generous 0.5 suns) The other side I melted a tbsp of biscoff (4.5 syns) topped with chopped banana (free) 4g of Mr Kellogg coconut, cashew and almond granola (1 syn) and a drizzle of toffee sauce (counting 1 syn to be safe) with a squirt of lighter cream (12.5g is 1 syn) .
