Today’s workout is to honor Lt. Michael Murphy
The workout can be done straight through 1 mile run, 100 pull ups, 200 push ups, 300 air squats and a mile run to finish
It can also be done 20 rounds 1 mile run then 5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 air squats and a mile run
If you have a weighted vest add that in to the working
Scaled or Rx getting this workout in is a major accomplishment
Put this gnarly little complex together the other day. Save it, try it, do better than I did in it
