We’ve discussed further development of the Universe with Founders Institute #founding and the opportunities of launching collaborations with Loft Orbital Space #LoftOrbital. ⠀ We’ve searched for the ways of developing the society so that every person would be able to improve the level of his or her education, as well as spiritual, cultural, and physical perfection. Let me tell you a secret! ⠀ Русская версия в комментах ⠀ #space_expert I’ve found a new place of power for myself (and maybe for you, too)! ⠀ It is the Griffith Observatory in California where everybody will feel as a part of a powerful fusion of science and aesthetics. Here I have been overwhelmed with my childhood memories: ⠀ ➖I looked through telescopes. They are available to everyone and at night you can admire the stars) ➖visited Gunther Depths of Space Exhibits and checked my weight at other planets of the Solar system. It could be larger, to be honest)) ➖made sure one more time that the Earth is spinning. 100 kg Foucault pendulum under the main dome gets rid of all the suspicions) ➖I saw the most beautiful interactive periodic table where each cell represents a real chemical. ➖I saw real photos of the sun’s chromosphere . ➖enjoyed the magnificent view over the centre of LA) ⠀ Now I’m waiting for the moment when I open the doors of #EFIR, the space city on Earth, for everyone! ‍♀️ Fast way of living of life isn’t always cool and sometimes one needs to unwind. Русская версия в комментах ⠀ #space_transformation ⠀ My personal ways to do that are meditations. I started spiritual practices when I was a teenager so this isn’t just a hobby, but a lifestyle that helped me to get rid of the ‘whimsical and restless’ state of mind for good. ⠀ I have long ago worked out for myself a 5-minute daily meditation technique. And I haven’t stopped practicing it despite my busy schedule and flights: Moscow, LA, Silicon Valley, San-Francisco, Krasnodar, 8-9 meetings a day and several presentations. ⠀ All I need is to close my eyes for 5 minutes, take my mind off things, let all the thoughts go and reach silence inside my head. It doesn’t matter where you do it, I meditate even in the car (if it isn’t me who’s driving of course)). Believe me, it’s a powerful emotional reset! ⠀ ☝By the way, meditations can even physically alter your brain. Apple @apple , Google @google companies, and Target @target include them to a work schedule.
