I post pictures online every day and talk mostly about business and “blogger” things. I don’t always share what’s going on in the rest of my life, despite spending 40+ hours a week at another job. • Today was just another simple reminder of why I keep that job that sometimes inconveniences the growth of my business. To watch students build relationships, grow professionally, and pursue their passions warms me to the core. I spent most of this week in Rupp Arena watching KY kids celebrate their love of and belief in agriculture and, let me tell you, it is profound. A student leader today addressed the audience about feeling different and sometimes alone. I have to say I related so hard working in a field I literally knew nothing about three short years ago - and I’m still learning every day. It is such a privilege to be a tiny part of these kids’ stories and to cheer them on however behind the scenes my role might be.

Gestern Abend hieß es zuerst 2 Runden um den Stadtparksee ‍♀️ natürlich in PSA ‍ Das war das letzte Training bevor es Freitagabend „ernst“ wird Der Lauf am Freitag ist eher ein Spaßlauf & wir wollen einfach mit unseren 36 Läufern - bunt gemischt aus aktiven und JF-Kameraden ‍ - gut ins Ziel kommen , ohne dass jemand bei den erwarteten warmen Temperaturen umkippt Danach habe ich mich direkt noch unserem wöchentlichen Zirkeltraining gewidmet ‍♀️ Am Ende haben sich dann doch meine Oberschenkel ordentlich bemerkbar gemacht Daher gönne ich mir heute einen „faulen“ Tag & konzentriere mich auf meine Hausarbeit für die Uni. ‍ ************************** Yesterday evening we startet with 2 rounds of running around our city park lake ‍♀️ - in our firefighter gear ‍ This was the last practice run as Friday is the run already It is more a fun run for us & our main goal is that all 36 runners from our team - consisting of a mix of active and youth firefighters ‍ - to reach the finish line in a good condition After running I led our weekly circuit training ‍♀️And at the end my thighs were literally screaming today I will allow myself a rest day & focus on my uni paper ‍ ************************** #running #run #laufen #feuerwehr #freiwilligefeuerwehr #ehrenamt #feuerwehrfrau #firefightergirl #workout #sport #fit2fightfire #fireandrescue #firefighterfitness #fitfam #restday #university #student #fulltimejob #fitforfire #fitforharksheide #lovewhatyoudo #firefighter #happygirl #team

Happy Easter from us and our 4 little little peeps! We somehow got our family photo, but posting it on the right day was a no go. We feel overwhelmingly blessed, but this photo doesn’t really show the reality of the day(like WAY off) as social media usually doesn’t. It so far off, I feel like I have to give the behind the scenes. I threw a dress on and shed my “outfit” I’ve worn for the past 3 weeks, only to put it right back on. Obviously, the babies and I didn’t make it to church. We barely make it off the couch. This one family photo took all our extra energy and we napped right after. I even put Rocky to bed like a toddler because he was no longer able to form sentences or process information. He slept for 5 hours. No sleep for daddies either with twins x 2. Rocky took a turn for the worst when he had to let me sleep extra over the weekend because my body was literally breaking down. I hurt from head to turn and in tears like I had the flu. It is crazy the love you have for two little humans that you have just met and what you actually go through to keep them alive. Nursing two is just crazy town and no one can do it for you.... or the pumping. #allthepumping . When you write it out it sounds like torture, but in reality it is some of the sweetest moments and memories of your life!!! Truly!! Only a newborn has these special powers and we wouldn’t change one single thing!! . SO.... on this Easter weekend we are reminded that we GET to do this again because God chose to double bless us! He is RISEN!! And as much as these babies are gifts, His sacrifice is the best gift the world has ever be offered!!! ✝️ . Side note: When we bought this house it had been vacant for well over a year so when the spring blooms came we were shocked at the beauty! Hello guys I wanted to portrait a moment of discomfort, because all of us has this kind of moments. Sometimes is very hard to be a creative running social media to promote your art, actually do your art and have a full time job at the same time. Sometimes I just wish I was regular person with just one job, 9 to 6,go back home and be satisfied with it: you have the money to live, pay the rent and buy food, you can do what you want in your free time: go out and see friends, play video games... And sometimes I tried to be like this. But after a while a go back to do art, plot new stickers, think about a new story to draw, try to put my feelings inside one illustration. Belevie me, I tried. It's a contrasting feeling, right? Have you felt this way before?
