今日は前回の投稿で紹介したお客さんの今週のレッスン風景。 レッスン前にお話をお伺いすると、前回の内容を注意したら飛距離が伸びたと喜んでいらっしゃいました。 今日の動画のポイントは肩の回転量によるトップの位置の変化です。 後方から見たとき頭に対して手、グリップの位置がどこにあるかでダウンスイングの軌道は変わります。 多いのは手の位置が頭に近くなってしまうケース。 この場合クラブはボールに対しては外回りをするのでカット打ち、アウトサイドインの軌道になります。 動画ではその原因について説明していますが、こちらのお客さんは肩の回転が不足していることで手の位置が頭に近くなっていました。 僕が正しい位置に手直しをしましたが、変えたのは肩の位置を深くしただけ。 肩の位置が変わったことで、頭と手の距離が変わったのが分かるかと思います。 ダウンスイングの軌道はトップの位置によって変化します。 スライス、カット打ちになる方は多いと思いますので、みなさん是非参考にして下さい。 #ニューバランスゴルフ #newbalancegolf #ニューバランス #newbalance997h #ゴルフ #golf #ゴルフスイング #golfswing #ゴルフレッスン #golflesson #ゴルフ男子 #ゴルフ女子 #下北沢 #ゴルフスクール #北沢ゴルフ練習場
