《 ENG 》 Can you bring me back there please ? ➳ The last few days were not easy at all for me. I am challenging myself more than I thought, and tonight especially. Nothing went well. After a train, arrived at night and walking with more than 20kg on my back, no buses, no minibus, no grab (Uber) will drive me to my hotel 23km away.. ➳ I started to think “what the hell I am doing here while I could be on my comfy bed with my mother to cuddle me”? ➳ But the universe sent me an angel. A man, on his motorbike, who didn’t know well how to speak English, offered to help me. Of course, the old Magali would say no, to jump on a motorbike with a stranger at night in the middle of nothing. But I did. He tried everything, drove me few kilometers around to find a solution, made some calls. ➳ It ended that I had to spend the night in this city and try tomorrow during the day to reach the next destination. He found a cheap homestay for me and spent 1h in total helping me, without asking anything in exchange. I am so grateful for that right now ! He just appeared at the right moment ! ➳ The homestay is dirty and there is absolutely nothing around to eat so I had an instant noodles at the supermarket fronting the road, but at least I am SAFE ! ➳ Did you already traveled this way? Je me lance plus de défis que je ne le pensais, et ce soir surtout. Rien ne s'est bien passé. Après un train, arrivée de nuit et marchant avec plus de 20 kg sur le dos, pas de bus, pas de minibus, pas de grab (Uber) ne me conduira à mon hôtel situé à 23 km. ➳ J'ai commencé à penser «quest ce que je fous ici alors que je pourrais être sur mon lit confortable avec ma mère pour me câliner»? ➳ Mais l'univers m'a envoyé un ange. Un homme, sur son scoot, qui ne savait pas bien parler anglais, a proposé de m'aider. Bien sûr, l’ancienne Magali aurait dit non, de sauter sur une moto avec un inconnu la nuit au milieu de rien. Mais je l'ai fait. Il a tout essayé, m'a conduit à quelques kilomètres pour trouver une solution, a téléphoné.

I think it would be quite easy at this price point to be doing activities everyday as long as you were using mainly public transport to get around. All 4 of these cities have excellent public transport making them very easy to explore! — If you are a little unfamiliar with backpacking, starting in cities like this is a great way to go because the infrastructure is really set up for tourism, they are very safe, and of course there are SO many amazing things to see in all of these destinations! — All flight information is from google flights, skyscanner, & Momondo.
