Finished my first 1911 build! Huge thanks to Spike from Gasblowbackcentral.com for throwing the soda in with my parts. Helped me power through lol. 1911 part list King Arms preditor lower for base : internals cleaned of thick grease and leaf spring tuned Modified Magpul grips Marui back strap pin Guarder 4.3 Night Hawk slide : fits the KA and a KJW hicapa lower smoothly and with little play. No sanding needed Cowcow fiber front sight Guarder 4.3 rear sight Edge light weight bbu :V1 full travel cut , cut to fit guarder slide, Oring changed for size down Guarder nozzle KJW nozzle spring Custom steel hammer pad : none are made for the 4.3 from what I saw so I cut and sanded a guarder meu one to size. Works like a charm Airsoft Masterpiece steel guide rod AM spring plug : sanded to slide in and out smoothly. WE tech 5.1 recoil spring : when combined with the 4.3 plug it feels really similar to a Guarder Glock 150 recoil spring which is my go to for those builds. Funnily enough the AIP 120% hicapa spring is much stronger than the Glock 150 when paired with a 4.3 plug. the AIP with a 5.1 plug is about the same strength as the other two springs so I'll use that for the KA 5.1 upper. Cowcow buffer allowing slide lockback KA hop up, Maple leaf wheel, Guarder KM 4.3 inner, Ace1 Steel 9x19 fixed outer barrel. Getting the slide to lock back after 31 fast shots. with propane and .25s getting 270~280 fps which I'm satisfied with.
