FACE SCULPTING First, apply a light layer of face oil. This is ideally something you want to be infused into the skin so be sure it is made from quality ingredients. I usually use C Weed Omega or Clear Glow Omega for my Gua Sha rituals. Start by breaking up collagen and muscle adhesions right under the cheekbone. Yes, we all develop some over time from stagnant circulation and a lack of muscle stimulation. Captured in these small pockets are metabolic waste and cell debris that need to be broken down before being carried through the lymphatic system. After using firm pressure, gently sweep the waste away to the sides of the face and then down to major lymph nodes near the neck and below the ear. The same can be done for around the eye muscles as well! Don’t forget to drink water after to flush it all out!
