Happy/Sad to say this was my LAST workout at UR until the Jay Cutler Classic we’re gonna be WORKIN up in nyc and I plan on taking you guys with me and keeping this account as a journal of my prep — which means many HIIT and lifting workouts to come asap Progress pics are cool but action and videos of what leads to the progress is more exciting .

Firstly, did you know that we are all made up of atomic particles?
Everything is. You, me, your phone, everything.
In early 1900’s the world of physics learnt that an atomic particle is actually a vibration, a wave. Allowing an atomic particle to be in 2 places at once.
The technical term used by Einstein to describe the breakthrough was “Spooky” .
So get this, if you are a vibration and your life partner/soulmate is a vibration, you’re both already connected.
Let me paint a picture.
Remember as a kid dropping a rock into the pond and watching the ripple it made?
Imagine dropping 2 rocks into the pond. At some point the ripples connect.
If you are manifesting your husband, your wife, you’re already connected. Time simply hasn’t caught up yet.
The same applies to those goals on your vision board but we’ll save that conversation for another day.
