“I want this blonde!” . We bring our pictures to the salon and hope for the best; that the stylist can deliver exactly what we want. . Let me tell you; Sometimes it’s possible. Sometimes it’s not! Your stylist should know the difference and give you a rough estimate of what you can expect for the visit, and how many visits needed. -And then we have unexpected things that can happen, no matter how much we’ve consulted. Perhaps you forgot to tell the stylist that you put a box color from the grocery store on 3 years ago, (because you can’t see any traces from it). Or you may exclude some info because “it’s all washed out by now”. . Well... some of those things effects the lightening process greatly. If the stylist would have known all details, she might have taken a completely different route to get to your goal. Now it will take longer time, and it will cost you more $. We all know that a color correction or going blonder more than 2 levels costs some money!!! It’s a one time deal though! Once you reach the goal, you just need to maintain. . . I charge 1250 kr /hour, and while regular Balayages (incl cut) without any corrections are 3,5-4h, the corrections typically take 5-8 h, or even 10-12 hrs sometimes. You can do this in 2-3 sessions, (or pay with Klarna and slice up your payments) BUT you can save a lot of time by including all the information about your hair and previous chemical services for us stylists. . This is why I’m asking for a chemical hair-history of your hair the past 5 years in my online consultation. True Transformation . . . . . . . . • Its hard to see, but my guest had a bright buttery banding 3cm/1 inch out from her natural color from lightening her own hair with highlift color. Her ends were bright blonde with a yellow undertone.. . . •Breaking up the banding with highlights AND lowlights is necessary, especially since we wanted an overall cooler result!.❄️ .
