A friend of mine is selling his "Bells Premier Protus " in D-Minor. I am announcing it because it is a very special instrument for me. It was the second instrument i've ever had and i got it just a few days before my son was born. So it accompanied me during this period of time, giving me and my family good vibes to arrive together. After recording my second live album 'Kevala Kumbhaka' with only this particular instrument I gave it away to @xola.handpan.music who is now also selling it again. During the last years he had some rust problems which he solved but the surface looks different then before. So if anyone of you is interested please write me a DM. The Handpan is a musical instrument typically constructed by two circular half-shells of steel joined together at the rim in order to leave a hollow interior. The top shell is sculpted in different sound areas, extremely sensitive to the touch. There’s the central note, known as “Ding”, and a variable number of note taps, in a number usually from eight to seven, hammered around the surface and tuned on a single scale.

This was a moment during our last #handpanworkshop , when I just wanted to explain the possibilities of the bottom shell. When @alexander.mercks jumped in we had a short jam on my beloved #yishamapantam f# romanian hijaz and his #merakipantam c# saladin.
