Как сделать так, чтобы не дергался глаз и не просыпалось где-то глубоко внутри желание убивать ⠀ Я над собой работаю, ооооом‍♀️ Полгода назад все было гораздо хуже. Меня приводило в бешенство все:хулиганские выходки, разбросанные ровно через 15 минут после уборки вещи и игрушки, какая-то вечная грязь несмотря на ежедневное намывание полов и пр. В какой-то момент я поняла, что меньше всего мне хочется, чтобы мой ребенок воспринимал меня как истеричку и вечный источник ораТем более реакции на мой ор все равно ноль, как хулиганил, так и продолжает это делать. Вот отца боится как огня. Стоит тому повысить голос, ребёнок уже ищет пятый угол. Мне бы так В итоге решила руководствоваться своим любимым жизненным принципом «не можешь изменить ситуацию, измени своё отношение к ней». Со скрипом, но вроде помогает. Стараюсь перевести какие-то ситуации лично для себя шутку. «Ну подумаешь, сынок, рассыпал ты порошок и сидишь катаешь в нем машинки» (хахаха голосом из преисподней)‍♀️В общем как-то так! ⠀ P.S. Правило «досчитай до 10» в моем случае не работает, желание убивать просыпается в районе 3-4
