LYME DISEASE with multiple coinfections called “Babesia” and “Bartonella” along with a parasite(s) WHAT... Over the last 72 hours I’ve gone through basically every single emotion in the book. When I found out that every single symptom I’ve experienced over the last YEARS has actually not only been “in my head” or “hormone related” as I’ve been told, I BAWLED. I bawled because I finally have an answer. I had a feeling for many years that this was actually going to be the answer but wasn’t fully ready to accept or believe it. Deep down, I had a very strong feeling and intuition that I would go through this at some point. After the crying stopped, a feeling of immense pride set in— PRIDE for my body and my “healthy lifestyle” that I TRULY believe has allowed me to continue to function at a normal level for years while I’ve been silently fighting on the inside. For years I’ve expedited random symptoms like anxiety, OCD, over sensitivity to noises/ lights/ sounds/social situations, sore throat, hormone imbalances, thyroid issues, swollen brain headaches and then 3 months ago my symptom list about TRIPLED in length. My world got very small. I started having extreme fear, extreme sadness, beeping in my ear, feelings of extreme overwhelm, fatigue, body aches, brain fog, brain glitches, dizziness, different kinds of headaches, brain swollen feeling, periods of no sleep, joint pain, and more. I went from doctor to doctor until finally uncovering the answer, LYME. I feel incredibly blessed and grateful to be surrounded by such amazing family, friends, and community HERE— all of YOU who have lifted me up in so many ways over the last few months and especially the last days. I’ve truly been overwhelmed with love and compassion. I have so much more to say but the main thing I want to note is that I CAN’T WAIT to beat this!!!! I am fully confident I will come out on the other side and can’t wait to share the journey with so many of you. If I can help even one person learn about Lyme and be on the road to an earlier diagnosis to hopefully shorten the period of suffering that often occurs. Your heart was the real engine of love, the pure driving force of your beingness. Family members, friends, and strangers hurt you. You couldn't fathom the cruelity of the world. You questioned your reality. You blamed the life for its doing. There was no longer room for play. Your game became illogically harder with no purpose. You forgot the real magic of existence. You forgot to love. ⠀ One day, it struck you. A beautiful revelation came to be. The light within you was kindled. You felt it, you felt the true calling of your forgotten heart. You have awoken, and through your transcendence you realized how it was all meant to be. ⠀ Your heart is no longer abandoned, your heart is free. Through such freedom, you can do and be whatever you truly desire. Your life is no longer a struggle but a game you wish to continue, a game you have almost forgotten.
