How To Grow Muscles Faster

There are a lot of components for a faster muscle grow. Such as nutrient dense diet, consistency and hard work.

But what I want to cover in this post is the quality of time that you spend working out ⏱

⭐ Concentration. Stop looking at your phone and chatting with your friend in the gym. Do the work. The moment you start your first rep stay in this mode for l. All in guys.

⭐ Ego. Leave your ego at the door. You won't see any result if you hurt yourself while doing extremely high weights. Learn how to get to the burning stage with minimum weight by squeezing and actually working on the muscle, not swinging or catching the momentum.

I am guilty of these mistakes too♀️. I was trying to bite more than I can chew. But we learn as we go. I “reload” my weights and started all over again but with more concentration and understanding of how it should be done in a correct way.

And I can see better results and greater muscle gains without being hurt or feeling pain in my entire body! ♀️
