Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup @santabarbarachocolate cacao powder ($10 off: lilsipper)
- 1/4 cup @evophemp's hemp protein (20% off: lilsipper)

✏️Beat eggs until peaks form, then add remaining ingredients and bake in cupcake tins for 15-20 minutes @ 350 F. After removing from oven, top with @santabarbarachocolate's unsweetened chips (see stories why I don't add them before baking).

100g Joghurt 1.5%
20g Kakaopulver
120g Dinkelmehl
35g Proteinpulver
50g Xucker
1 TL Backpulver
Frischkäse Füllung
200g fitline Frischkäse
100g Joghurt 1.5%
Vanille Aroma
1️⃣Ofen auf 180 Grad heizen
2️⃣Eier mit dem Joghurt cremig schlagen. Die trockenen Zutaten dazugeben und mit Xucker süßen.
3️⃣Frischkäsefüllung mischen bis alles cremig ist. Schoko Teig in die Form füllen. Frischkäse Füllung obendrauf geben. Mit einer Gabel meine Teigsorgen ineinander mischen.
4️⃣Ca 40 Minuten backen.

-Crust
• 1 cup almond flour
• 4 tbsp butter

-Cheesecake
• 16oz. cream cheese
• 2 large egg
• 1 tsp vanilla extract or flavor
• 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
• 1 pinch salt
• 1/2 cup erythritol or sweetener of choice.

And @bettinas_kitchen retreat starts tomorrow- can't wait!! In the mean time I thought you might like the recipe for my peanut butter chickpea blondies? Try them guys...sooo good!!

1 can chickpeas rinsed & drained
4 tbsp peanut butter
3 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp ground almonds
1/4 tsp vanilla powder
2 tbsp coconut sugar
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp all spice
3 tbsp melted coconut oil
1 tsp organic apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp coconut or almond milk
Pinch sea Salt
Vegan chocolate broken in to small chunks.

Pre heat the oven to gas mark 4 and line a small baking tray with parchment paper.
Add all the ingredients apart from the chocolate to a food processor and mix until smooth & creamy.
Transfer the batter to a large bowl and stir in the chocolate chunks. Then into the baking tray, smooth out so that it's even and then sprinkle with a little coconut sugar.
Bake for 35 minutes. Allow to cool completely before removing from the tray and slicing. Enjoy!
