The yellow spot is also called the field spot and is the place where the watermelon rested on the ground. Ripe watermelons always have creamy yellow or even orange-yellow spots, white field spots aren’t ripe.

Web-like, brown spots on the watermelon mean that bees touched the pollinating parts of the flower over and over again. The more this happened, the sweeter the watermelons will be.

Buy The Female Melons - So apparently farmers differentiate watermelons by gender. Males are bigger, have an elongated shape, and a watery taste. Females are more rounded and are very sweet.

Pick an average-sized melon. It should feel heavy for its size. I get Tom to hold one in each hand for me and always buy the heaviest.

A dried tail means that the watermelon is ripe. However, if the tail is green, it probably means that the watermelon was picked too soon and will not ripen. @rawforhealth

So you want to do a fast? If you were to ask for our help the first thing we would say is WHY? Whats your reason? Thats going to help us figure out how much determination you will have. Most people begin a fast (water or juice) and soon realize that it aint a joke. Its tough business, and they usually quit. Thats why we recommend doing as much research as possible, preparing properly and making a plan. That way the fast becomes an event and you will take it as seriously as you do all the other events you plan for. Hopefully even more so.
So, we would suggest that people begin with intermittent fasting, just going to lunch time on water only. This is a great way to get a feel for fasting. You might find its easy or you might find its already tough. You could try this for 1 day or 1 week. When you feel ready to do so, push it back to 3pm and then to dinner time. Once you have gone a whole day without food you will have a much better understanding of what it is like to go without food FOR YOU. Its going to be easier for some, this is based on your current level of toxicity and the support you offer your body during the fasted period through water, movement, enemas, deep breathing and sunshine. Also keeping your mind busy and motivated.
Once you’ve nailed one day, then we recommend going for 3. If its possible, try and time it so you can relax for the 3 days without any commitments. Especially if it is your first time. This might mean taking friday off and then having a three day weekend. Make it as peaceful and stress free as possible.
A 3 day fast is where you will find out what you’re made of. This is in our opinion the hardest phase, your body is using up its left over sugar stores before you switch to ketosis (fat burning). So plan for it, make it as comfortable as possible and honor your body by allowing it to rest. After all, fasting is about healing, so give your body the best possible opportunity to heal. Once you have completed a 3 day fast, then you’re ready to go deeper. @the2020fast *Always break your fast with fruit!
