Details➸5 pitted dates, softened in warm water {full of B vitamins + iron for hair love} x 1/2 cup almond flour x 1/2 cup walnuts {biotin for hair health} x 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds {have the amino cucurbitin for hair growth} x @moodbeli cardamom ashwagandha x @vitalproteins vanilla collagen x 1/4 cup ground flaxseeds {full of a variety of hair nutrients~ calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc, selenium...} x 1/4 cup chia seeds x 1 tbsp maca powder x @curednutrition cinnamon x honey x @addictivewellness butterfly powder .
Mix ingredients in @vitamix and roll into balls. Stick in freezer for 20 minutes, and enjoy. Store in fridge for 4-5 days✨

Peanut butter chocolate chip bites. ⠀

I don’t always eat peanut butter but when I do, these bites are a go to. ⠀
⠀
They are super versatile - you can use any nut butter.⠀
⠀
Here’s the recipe:⠀
⠀
1/2 cup all natural peanut butter (I used organic from @naturescanada )⠀
⠀
1/2 cup coconut flour⠀
⠀
2 tbsp. coconut oil ⠀
⠀
1/4 tsp. pure vanilla extract⠀
⠀
1 tsp. maple syrup (you can add more if you want them sweeter, omit for no sugar or add some monk fruit sweetener)⠀
⠀
Pinch of sea salt (you can add more)⠀
⠀
1/4 cup mini dairy-free chocolate chips⠀
⠀
Add all ingredients into a bowl (except chocolate chips) and mix together until smooth. I mix with a spatula first and then get in there with my hands!⠀

Fold in chocolate chips.⠀
⠀
Roll into mini balls (I made 12 out of this recipe) and place on cookie sheet and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.⠀

Bread details: 2 ripe bananas mashed and mixed with 2 cups almond flour + 1/3 cup melted coconut oil + 1/4 cup organic maple syrup and crushed walnuts + lots of cinnamon + @moodbeli cardamom ashwagandha + @vitalproteins vanilla collagen + turmeric + 1 tsp baking powder, mixed well and put in bread pan && sprinkle w more cinnamon. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until golden brown. Serve w @royalghee gold honey ghee smothered on top✨ #fitbrittnutrition
