Lody na drugie śniadanie? Ojj no nie mogłam się doczekać już.. Całą noc spędziły w zamrażarce.. To już o wiele za długo Są o niebo lepsze niż sklepowe.. I można je zrobić bez użycia maszynki do lodów a także bez żółtek (jakoś nie mam przekonania do surowych). Zrobiłam klasyczne waniliowe, bo lubię takie najbardziej. I można je łączyć z różnymi dodatkami to jedziemy: 400g śmietanki 30% lub 36% 200g mleczka skondensowanego (polecam Pilos z Lidla, gdyż nie ma karagenu i innej chemii!) laska wanilii opcjonalnie coś do posłodzenia (wg mnie nie trzeba) Do wysokiego naczynia wlać śmietankę, mleczko i ziarenka wanilii. Całość zmiksować. Następnie schłodzić w zamrażarce 10min. Ponownie zmiksować, tym razem dłużej, ok 5 min. Najpierw na wolnych obrotach. W miarę gęstnienia lodów zwiększyć obroty. Masa nie będzie bardzo gęsta ale nie będzie też rzadka. Następnie przelać ją do płaskiego pojemnika i wstawić do zamrażarki na min 4-5 godzin. Moje lody podałam z karmelizowanymi morelami i płatkami migdałowymi. Ojj tak, już wiem, że prędko wypróbuję nowe smaki! Ale następnym razem będzie coś bardziej fit! say hi to my little pineapple friends. these right here are for a special baby girl. hubby’s goddaughter - Bella. these are perfect for her Moana/Hawaiian birthday theme. and you know what else? since we miss Hawaii and we love everything ube, I figured ube pineapple would be a perfect flavor for these babies. . . . I actually made a huge batch of ube yesterday, and this was originally supposed to be made with just plain pineapple buttercream, but after blending and trying to make that pineapple filling, there’s a slight bitter aftertaste that I get, probably bcos I blended the pineapple with the core. ‍♀️ buuuut lo and behold, the ube filling I made was sitting on the counter waiting to be used, so I figured ..why not?! it actually works. there’s only a subtle taste of the ube, but really, it’s fine, bcos I’m actually after the pineapple taste more, anyway. duh, it just makes sense, right?. . . plus, how cute are these?! so stinkin’ adorable, I know. . . . #macarons #macaronstagram #macaronfordays #macsmacsmacs #ilovemacarons #homemadewithlove #ube #pineapple #hawaiianflavor #tooadorable #lemacaronlorraine

IRISH CREAM & DOLCE DE LECHE TIRAMISU These super cute individual tiramisu cups are a little different than traditional tiramisu because they have no eggs. Instead of a custard, I made more of a creamy mousse and it came out DIVINE. The surprising flavour in it is dulce de leche - my favourite confection from Latin America.
