Caption & @ira_zlatev Happy Friday, lovelies! We are diving into the weekend with this lazy creamy tomato pasta . Ramsons season is in full swing here and this garlicy herb is super popular in Switzerland (they literally put it in every dish ). Turned out a great addition to the traditional tomato sauce ! No particular recipe here, just added a splash of thick cream into a store bought tomato sauce, added 1 tsp sugar to balance sourness and chopped fresh ramsons. Have a great weekend !// ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Дети любят макароны. Факт. Мишка, конечно, не исключение, НО! Больше всего на свете он любит макароны в общепите нашего местного ГУМа ‍♀️. Макароны, как макароны, с простым томатным соусом и пармезаном. И все мамины изощрения с пастой заканчивались стандартно - а в «Маноре» вкуснее ‍♀️. Пока мама не добавила в соус чуть сливок! Прямо пару столовых ложек было достаточно, чтобы наконец услышать заветное - «ну вот эти же даже вкуснее, чем в ресторане!». Шах и мат, общепит в ГУМе ! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ С домашними соусами мне, кстати, мудрить лень, просто покупаю готовую пассату и добавляю туда чуть итальянских травок, сухой чеснок и чайную ложку сахара для баланса вкусов. Пока варятся макароны, пассата томится на медленном огне. В этот раз порубила ещё свежую черемшу, которая сейчас у швейцарцев разве что в десерты не идёт , шеф одобрил . Three years ago we closed our Amsterdam chapter, packed our stuff into one big truck and moved to Zurich . That wasn’t love from the first sight honestly. It was raining for weeks (just like these days), no people outside, only squirrels hopping across the street . Boring boring boring... But you know what? Three years later (+ one more child) I love this city . It has its that special peaceful vibe, which brings harmony and balance to my life. So here’s a confession - after 3 years I love you, Zurich! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ They also say, that every now and then you need to show up yourself even on your very foodie feed, so that people know that there’s a live person behind all that food . Любви с первого взгляда у меня не случилось - дождь лил неделями, на улице изредка встречались лишь добродушные бабушки и белки (которых, казалось, на нашей улице больше, чем людей ). Ску-ко-ти-ща.. Из развлечений - лес и супермаркет через 2 трамвайных остановки . Не знаю, как так вышло, но спустя три года + одного ребёнка, я искренне люблю этот город . В нем в очень правильных для меня пропорциях смешаны размеренность жизни, чистейший воздух, природа, как на открытках, и совсем немного драйва на центральной улице . Так что пусть сегодня тут буду я и немного моего Цюриха (больше фото в сторис) - а то ещё подумаете, что рецепты у меня бот пишет .
