They workout way more than any of us can or would 5. They barely eat before big events, going on no salt and liquid diets It is their profession - their livelihood depends on how they look. Furthermore 1. They spend over 2 hours in makeup before any appearance 2. All pics are heavily photoshopped We do not see the reality. Think about it : do you think srk uses i-cool talc or bebo uses dabur Amla hair oil. Then why do you believe that they do the workouts they put up or the food they eat. . Because most of us are looking to get perfect. A sense of perfection we will need an army to achieve. instead of "I want to lose weight" . I would say change your focus to one thing " I WANT TO HAVE A HEALTHY BODY & MIND" Then use that to judge every decision you make Is this food going to make me healthier ? Is this diet plan going to make me healthier ? . Focus on what is good for you in the long run. Focus on real things and real people. (Hence the no filter selfie.
