SAVE this dope push workout from Phase 2! Yesterday’s chest session made me feel pumped like crazy. Literally getting stronger by the week. This is my 2nd week back lifting heavy so I’m slowly starting to pile on the heavier weight. As you can tell, most lifts are an RPE if 7 or lower. I have 4 weeks left in this powerbuilding phase and I know my strength is going to go up like crazy! #AlwaysHungry . ❎ Pause bench press (4 sets 3, then 2 sets 8)
❎ paused incline dumbbell (3 sets 6, then 2 sets 8)
❎ incline hammer strength (3 sets 10)
❎ low to high cable fly (3 sets 10-12)
❎ paused standing OHP ( 4 sets 6)
❎ Db lateral raise (5 sets 6-8)
❎ DB overhead extension (4 sets 8)
