Had a rest from training arms for a while back there but they are back on the training schedule.
Ignore my facial expressions and take note you can actually see some veins . Trained arms today-
Here is what i did
- chin ups ×8 superset with cable bicep curls ×12 for 6 sets
- cable bicep curls x 8 superset with dumbbell bicep curls drop set till failure × 4 sets
- laying dumbbell curls for 8 reps superset with dumbbell bicep curls till failure × 4 sets
- chin ups superset with barbell bicep curls till failure 5 sets

I made my own shape, it's taken some serious bloody effort let me tell you ⏳- last comp prep i was the queen of NO butt, this comp prep I'll bring the hardest butt to beat!
I'm not really good at many things but i do know how to train for growth.
For me everything always comes back to knowledge and ensuring what you train is executed correctly, with MAXIMUM effort(you should be tired thinking about it), and that the exercises that you put together are complimentary to one another in order to achieve your best results. I definitely believe that is one area that i am good at. I can achieve growth and results, i can push myself and i can structure a workout for effectiveness.
I go back to training single leg as a definite answer to those who have plateud with strength and growth. It has so many benefits. Drop the weight and go single leg. Single leg hip thrusts with 5kg instead of double with 140kg. Create the connection. Pistol squats are great for developing a sense of mind and muscle connection, stability, balance and learning to activate certain muscles. Oh and eat my friends, cuz once you cut then the baby elephant stages will be worth it in the end if you actually worked hard enough when you force fed your face for so long. I look back at my photos and i cringe but i thank myself for keeping on keeping on. Believe, fuel yourself, work & Grow.
