Do you ever feel conflicted about being a believer but also having big dreams? Trust me, I’ve been there. However- I want to give you permission that it’s OKAY to want to pursue big goals or big dreams, and still be a Christian. In fact, in my opinion, it’s even MORE imperative that there are as many believers out there working in all types of fields, businesses and careers- so that we can share God’s love and light with others who need it. . I’m thankful in the fact that my husband, family and close friends understand and cheer me on in my dreams. Because they know my heart- which is at the end of the day, whatever I’m doing- whether acting, or being a mom or with Project Inspired- I’m doing it for God’s glory and His Will in my life. . Anyone else feel like they are dropping balls left and right? Juggling far too much? Not sure where to go next? Does anyone else feel like they are standing in quicksand and somebody keeps throwing more things on their shoulders while they gradually sink further and further downward? . . I do. . . Lately, I feel like I am screwing up left and right, and my scattered brain doesn’t even know how to compartmentalize and organize my thoughts. . . Tonight, this is what’s getting me through. God is over it all. He’s got it. Start saying “no” to certain things. Spend your time more wisely. Let go of the human things that are getting in the way of the heaven things. . . God is over it all. He’s over tomorrow. He’s over the day after that. He’s over that business you’re trying to build. He’s over those babies you’re trying to raise. He’s over that marriage you’re trying to save.
