I’m almost 2/3 of the way in and to be honest 1000 skips is super easy. It only takes 6-8 minutes. What’s been HARD is the consistency of doing it EVERY DAY.

This challenge has been a great metaphor for life. Getting super motivated and doing one or two workouts isn’t something to be celebrated. What you should be striving for is consistency. Consistency = long term results. Consistency = the change in your life you really desire. Constancy is king

❓Why do we teach you fancy jump rope moves like FAKE EB? Okay maybe these are not fancy but they sure are FUN to learn. We teach you more complex movements also known as manipulations to understand rope control. Changing the direction of the rope along with your footwork gives you a greater understanding of where you are in space. So rather than just swing for the fences, you will now have an awareness of what it is that you are trying to achieve.
Double Unders are an advanced Jump Rope Skill and one that we see people struggle with, so don't be too hard on yourself if you haven't mastered this yet. It's a skill that needs to be taught with the right progressions.
