In regard to the second/third clips, I’m a big fan of band-assisted exercises to increase velocity of movement at specific joint angles.
The bands, in this instance, pull upward and negate the forces of gravity and allow my muscles to contract faster due to a lighter load.
This enhanced speed trains the velocity component of the power equation in a safe, convenient manner.
