Rocksteady Here is my first long exposure shot with a waterfall! Taken last week at the end of my Indonesian journey. Never thought I could take a shot like that one day but when you have motivation and believe in what you can achieve nothing remains impossible. Let me introduce you to Kanto Lampo waterfall. Visited here way too many times lol. This was the second waterfall I visited in Bali, but it was the first stop on my first ever adventure day. Adventure day is when I take time out of my schedule to go discover something new in Bali, which is why most of my local friends swear I know more about sightseeing in various regions in Bali than the average Balinese person . I get out and get nosey lol . . . Anyway I digress. Let me tell you about this waterfall. If you read my post from yesterday...this waterfall qualifies as a moody one. It's her way or the highway. If you think you're about to show up here and look all cute/dry while you snap a few photos you're in for a rude awakening. She will you in the face, splash water in your eyes, and quickly let you know that you are not running the show. At least that's how I felt on my first visit. . . . On my second visit I kicked the door in like I'm ready for you. Let's be clear..I wasn't . By the third time I went back, I set my mind that I'd let it be whatever it would be. I surrendered, and that I was when I was able to truly enjoy the experience. ‍♀️ #deirdredaresbali #kantolampo . . .
