Out of curiosity, how did you find my Instagram account? I always wonder. And I always think the stuff I post is a bit random, my obsession with cute streets and houses, it looks like a lot of other people have that too The reason I like these old houses so much is because I love giving them a back story, imagining who lives inside, what it was like 200 years ago, what it was like before electricity or the industrial revolution. As I walked past these houses there were two older ladies sat in deckchairs drinking a beer and enjoying the sun, it made me smile as they seemed so content with life, I just wanted to sit down and join them. . I remember when I first started Instagram, I stumbled upon a world of accounts I never could have found through my personal account that I have for friends and family. I never knew people shared the same interests as me, I felt inspired by these other accounts and wanted to be just like them. I never thought I would have somehow got to where I was today, I’m still not sure how I just knew I wanted to take these photos and have a space to share them and here I am almost 3 years later, still obsessing over wonky cottages, exposed beams and the thought of living by the sea . I can’t wait for two weeks time to have my fluffy companion Baxter with me on all these little road trips. This has been the longest wait ever and Alex and I already feel like we’ve known him forever
