As mentioned earlier in my story, I did something I never thought I will ever do – a photoshoot by a professional and talented photographer @photobaaz.in. . And in order to realize how big that step is for me, you have to understand that I have ALWAYS been a camera shy person. I preferred to be behind the camera, and not in front of it; so much so that I don’t have much photos of mine since my teenage years uptil now, I hardly take selfies, and I actually don’t even know how to take a good selfie. The only time I enjoyed being clicked (of course, apart from this photoshoot) was during my wedding; I just enjoyed my wedding so much that I hardly noticed the camera. . This is the reason, 99% of my travel pictures are without me in them. But, this is something I regret now – failure to take enough photographs with me in those pics. Anyway – it was a lesson learnt and I tried to not repeat it during my recent trip to Kashmir, and so I requested strangers shamelessly to take photograph for me. . For me, bungee jumping was easier than doing the photoshoot. But, I decided to get out of my comfort zone and try it. So, when @photobaaz.in approached me for a collab for his black & white portrait photo series, I couldn’t refuse. Although the above pic is not part of the photoshoot, it was simply taken from my mobile #forthegram . Will share the pictures from the shoot once I formally receive them. .
