No, he wore the same mustard-yellow shirt and checkered tie every day and spent years becoming a purple belt in Goju-Kyu Karate.

I rounded up some of the most prominent habits of lean people and threw ’em into a little graphic for you :)

To lose weight, you must be in a caloric deficit, but these habits will actually help you achieve a caloric deficit.
.
1️⃣ Eat protein at every meal. People who are lean also tend to have a daily protein goal as well. .
2️⃣ Eating fruits and veggies daily will ensure you get all your micronutrients and ish.
.
Also, they help you stay full off of very few calories; they’re very high-volume foods.
.
3️⃣ Don’t drink your calories.
.
Well, unless you’re tryna get chocolate wasted, then it’s fine.
.
Even then, keep it to a minimum until you can sustain your ideal body.
.
4️⃣ Lean people prioritize sleep.
.
It helps keep your hunger and satiety hormones in check and keep cravings to a minimum.
.
5️⃣ People don’t get abs overnight. It takes consistent action over a long period of time.
.
If you can build these habits and be consistent over a long period of time, I guarantee you’ll have some results to show for it.
