I was able to make significant back progress by tossing out the good old “bro split” (training each body part once per week) and switching over to a Push, Pull, Legs split. This split allowed me to work on each muscle group 2x a week. My back was a huge weak point of mine,therefore I threw in an extra day to train. This resulted to training back 3x a week.

In order to improve your weak areas, you’ll need to train them more frequently. Just remember to incorporate LIGHT days to allow your body to recover

• Wide grip Pulldowns
• Seated rows (close grip)
• Single-Arm Dumbbell Row
