Anyone else ever find themselves talking to a relative, or even a stranger on the street, trying to justify why your kid is drinking out of a bottle, or using a tablet, or eating candy? Or maybe your out in public and keep explaining to the old ladies in check out why your toddler is wearing pyjamas, sucking on a lollipop, and holding their favorite pet onion. . I find that in today's society we've been made to believe that we are constantly falling short at this whole parenting thing. That kids always need organic, balanced meals, no screen time, that sugar is the devil, and to make sure they are outside all the time...but don't let them play in dirt because then they'll get dirty...and heaven forbid you take a dirty child into a grocery store. . I've constantly felt inadequate as a parent. When my youngest had to go on formula at 4 months I found myself going into all the reasons why she couldn't breastfeed, anytime someone looked at me feeding her in public. I've felt judged the minute someone walks into my house while and the girls are watching Paw Patrol. I find myself going into a long explanation of every activity we've done that day to prove that they've been active enough for a 'TV rest'. . The truth is you are the mom. You know your tiny ones better than anyone else on this planet. We put enough pressure on ourselves in parenthood, so let's stop be concerned with trying to explain our decision to everyone. . If your kid is wearing 3 tutus and a super man cape while strolling through Costco, awesome. If your feeding your kids cereal for supper for the third day in a row, then good job keeping them fed. You don't owe anyone an explanation for the decisions your making for your kids. Your doing a great job, and you got this♥️ . Tag a mama today and remind her how awesome she is doing.

Guten Morgen✌️ Also wir waren doch ganz schön überrascht, was man plötzlich alles dabei hat, wenn man mit Kind verreist. Früher haben wir uns zu zwei einen Koffer geteilt und das hat locker ausgereicht. Mittlerweile sind wir selbst bei einem Tagesausflug immer fasziniert wie viel Zeug man für die Mäuse so mitschleppt. Und gestern. Tja gestern dagegen, wussten wir nicht mal mehr, wo wir noch diese blöde Strandmuschel unterbringen sollten am Ende haben wir uns entschieden, die als Sondergepäck abzugeben. Hatten dann aber doch Glück, dass die Flughafen Dame es nicht extra berechnet hat, sondern ein Auge zu gedrückt hat. Manchmal finde ich es immer wieder erstaunlich, dass man noch so liebe Menschen trifft! Leider haben wir aber den wichtigsten Reisebegleiter vergessen Mia‘s Teddy, den sie wirklich zum Schlafen brauch. Also was heißt gegessen. Ich hab ihn ungefähr 46252638 tausend mal in den Koffer gepackt und sie hat ihn jedes Mal wieder rausgefischt und so führte dann eins zum anderen‍♀️ #lebenmitkind würde ich sagen. Unsere Mission wird heute dann sein, einen Ersatz zu finden, denn Mia hat der Bär gestern zum einschlafen sehr gefehlt und sie hat uns das sehr deutlich merken lassen. Wir haben uns gefühlt wie Rabeneltern Habt ihr etwas, was auf keinen Fall beim einschlafen fehlen darf? Hier ist es aktuell übrigens 7 Uhr und noch dunkel und alle außer mir schlafen noch.
