Magic happens when you think outside the box.
Whenever my girlfriend and I go to the mall, we like to play this game…
“What would we sell if we have one of these booths?”
When we were in India and Vietnam, we notice, there will be rows and rows of shops or stalls selling the same thing.
It could be straw hats, bags or even fruits… the whole street.
“What would we do if we own this business?”
I believe this is what separates businessman from entrepreneur.
Most people want to start a business for the sake of starting a business. Their goal was to get out of the rat race.
“I want to start my business because I want to get out of the 9-5 so I can have more time to do whatever I want to do”.
Have you ever heard someone say this before? I think that’s the biggest mistake a person can ever make.
I don’t know about you, but I’ve never spent a day NOT thinking about work since I started my online marketing business 11 years ago.
There were sleepless nights, where I would be so excited about an idea - thinking how I can turn it into an offer....
If you’re doing what everyone else is doing, you’re going to get the same results.
Be brave enough to think outside of the box.
Cause that’s where the MAGIC HAPPENS.

Every moment is a learnable moment! Do you have your students answer the classroom phone? What might seem like a seamlessly simple task, can actually be pretty complicated for some of our kiddos. This is the perfect way to practice scripted portions of a phone call, which then requires the student to act upon a request to either get a specific person, relay a message, or write down a message. Life skills and vocational skills practice and of course, visuals help

What if I were to tell you the darkest, lowest moments of your life always turn out to be the greatest teachers?
Go ahead and hate me for saying this.
But I want you to think of a time in your life when you felt like it was the end of the world.
Think about that for a second.
Picture that moment.
How did it make you feel?
I pictured that time when I lost my dog Chewie.
Chewie and I were together for 13 years before he passed away three years ago, and to this day, I miss him and his restless night time behaviour that used to annoy the shit out of me.
In his last few years, Chewie started getting older, getting back on the bed was a lot harder for him.
Sometimes he’d have to try his jump several times before he could make it, and every attempt shook the whole bed.
On his worst nights, he woke me up once an hour.
It finally got so bad that on nights when I needed deep sleep, I put him outside my room.
Today, I’d pay a ridiculous sum of money to have him right here beside me, interrupting my sleep every hour, for even one more night.
Trust me.
I understand how difficult it can be to treasure and appreciate annoying things while you still have them.
Whether it’s a nagging significant other, a lecture from your parents, or your dog’s restless nights.
We just want them to stop.
But nothing in this life lasts forever, and one day, when that annoying thing or person is gone, you may wake up and realize just how much you miss it.
Chewie has taught me to be present, to spend time with my loved ones before it's too late.
Always remember to appreciate what you have, while you still have it… even if it annoys you.
Can you think of something that you should appreciate more? Tag them below.
for gods sake, let’s raise the mark...

How often are you listening?
WHY are you listening?
Are you listening to what your audience wants?
In my first year of running events, teaching people how they can take their knowledge, life experience, passion and transform that into a product that’s monetizable online, I remember putting together this “advanced” course…
… because I feel that’s what my students needed.
That decision cost me.
It cost me the lost of opportunity to support my students further as I failed to give them what they really need.
It all changed when I started listening.
Listening to what my customers want.
Listening to feedback from my team.
Why is that important?
It is everything.
Let’s face it. You won’t be where you are today without your customers. You won’t be able to scale your business without a team of players.
The people around you are giving you answers each day.
Learn to listen and it will change your everything.
It did for me.
The question I want you to ask yourself is, how often are you listening? Share it with me in the comment box below.

Thinking is misleading.
It makes you feel like there’s motion but it doesn’t get you anywhere.
Ever heard of someone who starts every sentence with “I thought of…”
Chances are, nothing ever gets done.
Don’t be a thinker.
Never put off till tomorrow what can be done today.
The scariest part about a thinker is that, they kept their mind and day busy by plotting and planning in their head.
STOP allowing your days to be stolen by busy nothingness.
I know what you’re thinking.
Every successful business starts with an idea.
Without an idea, there’s nothing to execute.
The plan is…
Move from ideation to execution in the shortest amount of time possible.
I remember my first book, “Build A Money Machine” that I’m not proud of. I cringe when I think of that book.
It took me 5 years to get it published. After writing and rewriting it at least 10 times and spent a ridiculous amount of money hiring writers to edit and proofread.
I was stuck in my head.
I thought it could have been better.
And pooooof… 5 years passed.
My second book that I’m super proud of, “Platform Closing”... it took me 1.5 hours.
I spoke my book and trusted my team to work on it.
I launched it in 1.5 months.
That’s the power of DOING.
Whatever ideas you may have right now, just do it.
Go for it.
I know you can do it. I’m rooting for you.

Non-verbal doesn't mean someone has nothing to say or doesn't understand what you are saying. It doesn't mean anything other than having a different way of communicating. Today we go above and beyond raising awareness for our friends and take the next step of acceptance. Love this tee from @thewrightstuffchics, it says it all - Love needs no words. #punintended
