Do you know what NFD is? . . . Anyone that really knows me knows that I am a drama repellent i don't like it. Never have. I like ease and flow & I invest heavily in things that give me THAT! Plus, with my schedule, I just don't have time for drama honestly. Seems exhausting. And I have businesses to run. But, from observation: people like drama and even go so far as to create it, unnecessarily! Whyyyyyyy So, of course I hopped on to #proquest being the researcher that I am and decided to do a little digging. And yup. There is an actual term for this. Personality and Individual Differences in 2016 published a study on this very topic. The abstract states, "We developed and tested a novel scale to measure Need for Drama (NFD), a compound maladaptive personality trait in which people impulsively manipulate others from a position of perceived victimhood." Apparently, it's a real thing! Now, putting my coaching hat on for a deeper analysis of why people ♥ drama, and it's something called secondary gains. This is what ppl receive as an indirect result of the drama + its the thing that keeps ppl coming back for more. Here is how drama is serving you: Secondary gain 1. Distraction. People fall into drama because they get to use it as an excuse to not deal with the real issue. If you have something else to focus on (ie the drama) you can make excuses for not doing what you really should be doing. It's an upper limit of sorts. And ALL my clients know we deal with that early on. Secondary gain 2. Dopamine is addictive. It gets released during heightened states of drama. Your brain likes it, it subconsciously recreates scenarios to get it with the drama and hence perpetuating the cycle. Secondary gain 3. Familiarity=comfort. I've said this before: comfort zones aren't comfortable, they are just familiar. Unfortunately, having a drama ridden life is just comfortable to people. So, it's not bizarre that they would repeatedly find themselves in these scenarios, it's a comfort zone of sorts. I hope that you are #dramafree and remember that ease & flow are available to you, always. Drama only serves you when you want to stay stagnant. You're made for more!

С одной стороны, я бы и хотел большее количество людей, если мы смотрим с точки зрения заработка, а с другой стороны, я рад, ведь смогу уделить всем должное внимание и мы получим максимальный результат от поездки. ⠀ Большинство уже получили визы и начали регистрироваться на выставку. Процесс регистрации занимает несколько дней, пока заявку подтвердят организаторы. ⠀ Эти 2 недели - усиленная подготовка. Мы едем не в экскурсионный тур, и просто собрать вещи недостаточно. Нужно сделать визитки под выставку, установить необходимые Приложения, подготовить полезные контакты и тд ⠀ Летим из Москвы прямым рейсом. Часть выезжают со мной из Харькова, часть присоединятся в Москве, и участники из Ирландии и Польши присоединятся к нам в Китае. Уровень туров растёт и добавляются участники из разных стран. ⠀ Как и говорил, после поездки я буду ещё 2 недели вести участников, чтобы помочь им проработать базу контактов, которую соберём в туре, договориться с китайской стороной, проанализировать информацию, которую получим на ярмарках о новинках в производстве и трендах. Это важная опция, которой раньше не было в турах, и она поможет сделать поездку максимально эффективной. ⠀ Больше половины участников ранее летавших в Китай признаются, что если бы такой тур был тогда, когда они начинали бизнес, им было бы в разы легче работать, и это сэкономило бы им время и тысячи долларов. ⠀ Если у вас уже есть виза и авиабилеты, Вы все ещё можете присоединиться к нам уже в самом Китае.
