There's actually a glittery-ness to it which really ups the aesthetic. The drink is super sparkling so it's good for those who are into a strong fizz. The lemon flavour makes it pretty refreshing. I was surprised that the jelly was tasteless though...it'd be nice if they could incorporate a flavour into the jelly so it's not just there for texture and appearance!

Nothing fancy tonight as had a lovely play date with friends at our house today, so I’ve kept it simple with a sausage supper. I’ve left the kids to do the washing up while I go out to tidy up all the toys in the garden (I haven’t heard anything break...yet!) METHOD Add 6-8 large, good quality sausages (I used Waitrose Duchy Organic Pork Sausages but you can use any meat or meatless sausages) to a baking tray, drizzle and stir in 3 tbsp balsamic and 2 tbsp pomegranate molasses (I use Odysea for both), add a few sliced carrots and courgettes, corn on the cob, and a large handful of green beans to the tray and give them a coating of what’s in the tray, and an extra drizzle of olive oil, a good pinch of dried oregano and black pepper (I added salt to the veg at the end), then bake in a preheated oven for 25-30 mins at 190C (fab) turning once or twice (I took out the green beans 5 mins before the end). I also cooked up some plain easy cooked long grain rice and once I’d served up the sausages and veg, gave the rice a quick coating in the pan juices.
