А мы успели Да. Совсем немного, но сделали прекрасные снимки с цветущей яблоней в жару. Снова холодает. Говорю мужу: как жаль, что лето кончилось! А он: так ещё не лето, 16 мая же, а весны ещё не было. Как-то у нас в этом году "Из зимы в лето". На выходных в магазинах был аврал Люди оказались не готовы к сезону, бежали покупать футболки, сарафаны, босоножки. Мы - не исключение Накупили шорт Гошану, футболок мужу, шляпы, бейсболки. Одна Агатка во всеоружии ☝️ И очень кстати пришли туфельки. Заказывала в @shumgam_ Кому хочется красиво и недорого, вам к ним И , если честно, для меня кайф. Очень люблю лето и жару. Теплый , даже горячий ветер, босиком по траве, палящее солнце, от которого вроде и хочется скрыться, а в то же время, пусть палит☀️ Кто ещё у меня тут любит поджариться ? С каким месяцем себя ассоциируете? Я - конец июня. Жара, клубника, черешня, купание и брызги на ☀️

My mind vs. my goals this AM when the alarm went off... . How can it be that early Get up I can still get my workout in if I hit snooze, No one will know if you skip Wait my group will know, we check-in... crap why did I want accountability-Mornings are dumb Accountability is how you got to your healthy weight, better energy, & less migraines Ugh-I hate getting up, it's so cozy here Your goals don't care about how you feel I HATE YOU ALARM You can't be mad about the goals you didn't reach because of the work you didn't do FINE! (note that this took me through 7 minutes of snooze) . 2 minutes later... I am so glad I got up-I am goign to crush day #15 of this program today Told you I love My quiet time & wake up juice I know I am so glad that I am up, no negative mindset all day because I hit snooze Yup, like I said...told you so . 35 minutes later... THAT WORK OUT WAS AMAZING-I didn't even modify the push ups this week-non scale victory!! Ohh & Monday's are better with a solo dance party-just sayin' . 60 minutes before needing to be at the office to see therapy clients: AHH-I have to get in the shower...Well it's wet hair (aka a little crazy) for me because I'd rather choose wet hair & spend the extra 15 mintues helping woman reach their wellness goals this AM!! . coach life #bestjobever . SMALL decisions compounded over TIME = your LIFE! . Also-funny how 1 decision to just loose weight has TRANSFORMED my entire existence...the internal growth has been insane-I am so much kinder o myself-I didn't leave the cleaning gal a check today-forgot-normally i'd have beat myself up ALL day for being dumb about it-instead- "on well, it happens"... . What decisions are you making today to live a life of purpose, in which your wellness matters?!?!?

In light of the #this_is_postpartum campaign + movement I am part of. Remind yourselves of this. ⠀ Trust me. I have a hard time myself. My husband is constantly telling me how beautiful I am and even though I literally trust him with my freaking life I don’t believe him. Why ⠀ Because of society. Как то меня спросили о самой необычной сьемке . У меня в практике были и детки, которые родились раньше срока малюсенькие по весу и двойни и тройни и даже пятерня ❤️ . Но есть Сьемка, от которой у меня дух захватывает , это Сьемка - новорождённой крошки Анечки, которую @julia_dvernitskaya родила сердцем , приняв в свою семью ❤️ . На фото она со своим старшим приемным братиком Ванечкой. Радуюсь и ликую, смотря на них! ❤️ . Пусть как можно больше деток, которые по каким-то причинам остались без Родителей - обретут семью Я верю в @primoryebezsirot
