Chronic inflammation is an immune system problem. Lymph is a major player of your immune system
___
Medicine doesn’t look at your Lymph unless you have cancer or lymphedema. That’s a mistake
___
Side Note: Why do they look at your lymphatic system when you have cancer? Because the lymph can metastasize cancer anywhere in the body. That should tell you right there how critical the system is and how far reaching. It goes everywhere!!
___
You need to look at lymph for every chronic disease. That’s immune system fundamentals
__
And you also must look at it for every sports performance issue. Because the vascular system and the lymphatic system are one functioning unit together. A problem with one means you have a problem with the other. They massively influence oxygen delivery and saturation
___
Side Note 2: Cancer takes hold and thrives in a low oxygen environment. ‘Cancer is an oxygen deficiency disease.’ - Raymond Francis from Never Fear Cancer Again
__
No system in the body body ever works alone so why in the hell do we treat them individually when someone gets sick or injured? That’s archaic. That’s just stupid

BREAKING A DRY FAST
.
Another longer post - do check the comments for PART 2
.
This morning, after 7 days and 8 nights of #dryfasting I felt it was time to rehydrate, so I broke my fast with watermelon and lemon juice - it was beyond delicious! Check out my Stories for footage
.
How I knew it was time to break my #dryfast
.
I started feeling quite dizzy and experiencing considerable muscle weaknesses
.
My mood became consistently low - this is due to #adrenal and #parathyroid weakness, which I'm still healing
.
The echo in my right ear became really intense and began to happen even when sitting, I could only get rid of it by lying down horizontally
.
Urination volume halved from day 6 to 7
.
Other symptoms that indicate it's time to break a DF (which I didn't experience) are:
.
Breathing difficulties
.
Consistent diarrhoea
.
No urine or saliva output
.
Consistently fast heart rate of over 100 beats per minute
.
Very low or very high blood pressure
.
How to break a DF
.
Colon cleansing is ESSENTIAL - sooo much will have been released as a result of the DF and it's KEY that you get that out of your body otherwise you will start poisoning yourself as the nastiness is reabsorbed back into the bloodstream
.
Make sure to rehydrate with fruit juice or herbal tea for a minimum of 3 hours before engaging in colon cleansing practices, otherwise the body will retain the #enema or #colonic water which is FILTHY, you don't wanna be reabsorbing that, trust me!
.
I went for a colonic at lunchtime (more on this in tomorrow's post) and I released soooo much! For all you #coloncleansing skeptics out there, once you see what comes out of you, all doubts will vanish and you'll be SO glad it's gone from your body - plus your mood and energy levels will INSTANTLY lift
.
DFing for too long (this is relative of course and depends on your cellular hydration levels and how much DFing experience you have under your belt) or failing to properly cleanse the #colon after breaking are DANGEROUS and could even KILL YOU! ☠️
.
This is serious business guys, safety is key when it comes to fasting!

Dry Brushing ⭐️⭐️
.
Do you dry brush? Have you heard of dry brushing? Lately I’ve been dry brushing much more and today I wanted to talk about why I’ve been loving it, how it supports the body, and how to do it!
.
Dry brushing is FANTASTIC for the lymphatic system! Thats why I’ve been doing it! The lymphatic system doesn’t pump itself so doing things like dry brushing to get the lymph to move and eliminate toxins really helps! If you’ve been told your lymphatic system needs support then you should definitely try dry brushing. Dry brushing is also really helpful for increasing blood circulation and exfoliating the skin too!
.
How to dry brush - using an all natural stiff bristle brush, preferably one with a long handle (the one I have is from Yerba Prima), you brush your skin in long sweeping motions. You want to start at your feet and work your way up your legs, up your torso (back and front) and brush towards your heart. When you get to areas above your heart (neck & chest) you want to brush down towards your heart. When I do my arms I like to lift them up and brush inwards towards my heart. It takes about 3-5 minutes and by the time your done you feel so invigorated! Your skin may be a little red from brushing it, but no worry as that goes away. You dont have to use a lot of pressure when you are brushing, just light strokes is enough to help out your lymphatic system!
.
Have you ever tried dry brushing? If so what do you think?! Could you use more of it in your life? Hope this post was helpful for those of you who are curious about it or are needing to give your lymphatic system more support. It’s a great way to help your body eliminate toxins, let go of water weight, and just feel more alive ✨✨✨

Note: It’s not ignored by me, that’s for damn sure I dedicate my life to teaching others about the magic (mojo) of lymphatics. I kinda talk about it a little. Lol I don’t know if ya noticed
____
‘The heart itself is dependent on lymphatic drainage. The lymphatic system is as essential to bodily function as the bloodstream it complements. To keep it clear you need to increase its drainage capacity or reduce its intake of toxins.’ - Lemole (I teach ya how to do both)

____
