Moët Rosé Impérial Tasting: The nose is dominated by pungent notes of fresh berries, clear juicy strawberry, and more surprisingly some zesty blackberry, notes more commonly associated with red wines. There are notes of grapefruit and freshly-squeezed lemon. It smells bright and zesty as well as fruity. A hint of a minty tone to spice things up a little. Not a hugely deep aromatic profile, with the leesy notes expected sometimes only discretely representing here by a subliminal sour dough aroma to the background. The palate is, straight away, dry and lively, crisp from a zesty acidity underlining the lime and lemon flavors that dominate at first. Относительно недавно мне повезло попробовать новый Martini Fiero, в связи с этим хочу совсем немного о нем рассказать: Это полностью натуральный напиток на основе вина с добавлением пряностей, а так же апельсинов (сок и цедра). . По вкусоароматике: ярко выраженные ноты красных апельсинов, сладкого грейпфрута, мандаринов, легкие оттенки пряностей. . Идеальная подача - с тоником в соотношении 50/50, но я бы рекомендовал меньше тоника =) . Очень летний напиток, рекомендую. . The things I love. Forages, the Frenchman, and an evening G&T. After a week of exceptional foraging and wonderful walks I stepped casually off a path and turned my ankle. Possibly my body's way of saying, STOP, already. So I stopped. Rain (so much rain ) also meant a cancelled walk today, which was just as well. Fortunately there is a lot I can do while I limp around the house and the best news is no vegetable shopping is necessary this week. We have pokeweed shoots, common milkweed shoots, luscious lamb's quarters, wild lettuce, garlic mustard flowers, and Japanese knotweed tips. Also lots of baby pine cones and pollen that need to be processed. So my enforced slow down will be put to good use.
