The first workout will determine seeding for the second workout (setting up the top teams to compete in the same heat to advance to the final workout) the heat assignments for workout 1 will be determined by order of registration. Example: the first 4 teams to sign up will go in heat 3, the last 4 teams to sign up will go in heat 1! The first workout will be released May 8th! Tag your partner and let them know.
