I feel like most wellness posts, including mine, talk about women’s issues. So today, I’m going to say a little on Men’s Health using the TCM philosophy based on TCM. Tag your guy friends ‍❤️‍ and help them figure out what’s their element and how to take care of their body. . Metal 金:lots of yang and deficient in yin. Skinny, low body fat, workaholic, meticulous. This type should pay attention to hydration. Eat more vegetables, fruits, and good dairy (if tolerate). Don’t have too much sex. Pay attention to breathing and heart opening exercises to strengthen the lung. . . Wood 木: lots of yin and a depressed yang. More prone to depression and weakness, sensitive and usually underweight. Eat more foods hot in quality (scallion, Ginger, Gaelic). Pay attention to mental wellness by doing heart opening yoga and some meditation. Take liver supplements if your practitioner approves. . . Water 水:more yin and less yang. More prone to seasonal flu, lower immune ability, overweight, Stingy, slow paced. Eat more warming, Yang foods such as garlic chives, good quality lamb. Refrain from having too much sex (including masturbation). Do Qi Gong exercises. . . Fire 火:more yang and yin deficient. Small Framed, easily irritated. Pay attention to staying calm and peaceful. Avoid Aguirre. Do aerobic activities like jogging, walking, biking. Eat light foods (nothing too salty, oily, spicy). . Earth 土: yin and yang are pretty balanced. Prone to digestive problems. Strong frame with a normal weight, easy going and friendly. Avoid fatty foods and too much sex. Pay special attention to digestion. Eat probiotic rich foods that are easy to digest. . .
