O mestre e Margarida, Mikhail Bulgákov - Nota 10/10 - Já inicio essa resenha com a certeza de que “O mestre e Margarida” entrou para a lista dos preferidos! E o engraçado é que eu tinha um certo receio de ler esse livro, pois já tinha ouvido falar que se tratava de uma "leitura difícil"! Mas essa experiência serve para confirmar o que venho tentando mostrar aqui para vocês: vamos perder o medo de ler grandes clássicos… Bom, chega de introdução e vamos ao que interessa. A obra de Bulgákov narra a visita do diabo - sim, em pessoa - à Moscou soviética da década de 30. E o diabo, conhecido como professor Woland, não vem sozinho, mas acompanhado de um séquito pouco convencional: um gato preto com traços humanos (um dos melhores personagens), um demônio brincalhão, uma feiticeira nua e um assistente caricato. A partir dessa visita, vários acontecimentos estranhos começam a se espalhar por Moscou. Prof. Woland se diverte com os cidadãos, mostrando - em nítida crítica ao regime de Stálin - como ideais tidos como verdades e amplamente disseminados são, em grande maioria, pura invenção e facilmente desconstruídos. Mas não espere encontrar uma crítica profunda ao regime comunista ou uma análise da época. Na verdade, o autor consegue apresentar essas críticas nas entrelinhas de um obra de literatura fantástica, carregada de humor e ironia. Além dessa visita à Moscou, a narrativa vai alternando com a Jerusalém dos anos 30 D.C., época da crucificação de Jesus. Embora não pareça fazer sentido uma narrativa que misture duas épocas tão diferentes, Bulgákov consegue fazer desse paralelo mais uma das grandes sacadas de seu livro. Escrito em cerca de 11 anos, “O mestre e Margarida” é, na minha opinião, uma obra completa! Traz uma história extremamente cativante, com personagens fortes, crítica social e escrita digna de elogios. É um livro de certa forma “estranho”, sim, então leia com calma e aproveite a genialidade do autor. A título de curiosidade, a obra foi alvo de muita censura e só foi integralmente publicada após 20 anos da morte de Bulgákov. . . . Dica: recomendo ler nessa edição nova da Editora 34, pois a tradução parece estar bem mais acessível! #bookster
