I've realized in almost 2 years of living tiny that in order to make this lifestyle work, you have to keep an open mind about every single thing in your rig. When we first moved into the RV, I was creating a lot of custom products for my Etsy Shop. But ever since I stopped doing that, I didn’t really need a huge desk anymore. After talking about it, we decided that the desk wasn't the best use of that space. So we got this couch and a tv instead (mostly because we were sick of watching tv in bed haha )! If you're feeling uninspired when it comes to your space, or something in your tiny house just isn't working, try to think of a creative way to fix it! We went to Ikea to look for couches but they were way too expensive, so we found the same couch like new for 1/3 of the price on Facebook Marketplace! So if you are interested in living tiny or if you're a full timer already, my advice to you would be to make sure you are willing to shift things around and adapt the space to fit your needs. That may look different in different seasons of life, just like it did for us, but don't be afraid to think outside the box and make it work for you!

Who says you can’t garden while living a nomadic bus life? Adam is continuing to add more plant life to our tiny home. We have houseplants, succulents, cacti, terrariums, air plants and more. I think he’s competing with me and the number of books I have on board.
