It’s been a topsy turvy day. I went to my counselling session and felt great afterwards. Like I was finally doing the right thing and like I’d got a lot off my chest. But things seem to have got all stirred up in my head and when Andrew asked me how it went I just sat and bawled my eyes out. It is hard to admit when there is something wrong with you and it’s hard to admit you need help, I don’t like it and it makes me frustrated with myself. Lots of people unfollowed me today including someone I know personally and thought was a friend. I guess because they didn’t like me talking about my mental health? That made me feel really sad too and knocked my confidence. Anyway thanks for everyone who has stuck with me and who have messaged me to tell me their stories.
