Have been waiting to visit this place for so long and finally yesterday we made it to this cosy and beautiful restaurant @968foodstudio. . . The name is what struck me most when I heard about this restaurant, #968 - the country code of Muscat! And it offers a variety of India's street food with a modern twist! They have a large variety of rolls, egg dishes, parathas and maggi to choose from. They also have pizzas and pastas with a desi touch. . . We tried their Chicken seekh parathas, lachcha parathas and chicken lababdar. Everything we tried were lip smacking good! The lababdar was just amazing but felt that the portion size was too small for that price We also got to try their special goti soda. I have heard a lot about it from my papa and haven't had a chance to try it yet. It was a fun experience and tasty too. The falooda had a totally different taste and I loved it! . . Savor some amazing Indian Desi food served as a set course all you can eat menu. From lip smacking Chaats to juicy mouth watering Kebabs for appetizers. Main course consists of Lamb Biryani and Makki ki Roti & Sarso ka Saag. I have to emphasize the Saag served here is so damn good and I’m not even exaggerating! The only time I enjoy Saag is when my mom makes it (and frankly she makes it best) plus coming from a Punjabi household where Saag is a staple come winters! Oh well and this one was the second best I had at Bukhara. The desserts are equally delightful and how can I forget the soothing Ginger Masala Chai to end the meal. Ah! I love अदरक वाली चाए! Moreover, unlimited alcohol is also on the menu and all of this is priced at just OMR 20 per person. Regular price without alcohol is OMR 15 per person! What a fabulous deal no?! The cozy ambience provides a perfect setting to spend with your loved ones. The staff was courteous and friendly! We had fun casually chit chatting with them over dinner! Ps: The Kempinski property is so plush that you can enjoy a stroll after all that delicious food and admire the beauty of Kempinski Muscat.

We all have a selected all-time favorite restaurant where we go out to eat with the whole family. (Parents, grandparents, uncle , aunty, kids etc etc.) For us @foodlands_restaurant is not a restaurant, its an emotion. Its a place where we make sure we go when every member of the family is in town. They are the best in Muscat when it comes to authentic south-Indian food so its an easy peasy job to convince the elders of the family to eat from outside. Above is their special ‘ila sadhya’ with fish(priced @OMR 2.5) also i like how they charge only 200 Baiza for big bottle water. I personally hate places where they take a huge profit margin from drinking water.
