Less well documented are the specific medical benefits of pomegranates. While there is no proof that they can cure disease (POM Wonderful got sued over that claim), we DO know that the fruit contains polyphenols. Polyphenols are thought to act as antioxidants. Look at me! I'm a #sheetmask queen! I bought all 18 #Innisfree #MyRealSqueezeMask flavours on sale on #StyleKorean ages ago and set myself a challenge to mask daily (or try to). I'm pleased to say I did SO well and now #dailymasking is something I've gotten used to and look forward to. I used to hate how cold, slimy, and time consuming it was, but the results were undeniable. Oh and it really helped during winter. Of course, this could be a lucky streak and now that I've announced it I may end up spiralling back to not being bothered. Hopefully that doesn't happen. Anyway, here's a super brief review of all of them! They're sorted by essence type, then it goes name, claim, alcohol (4th listed), result, repurchase. . WATER: very runny, lots of essence left, absorbs well, hydrates. GREENTEA: Fresh moisture, N, brightened/reduced redness, Y. TEATREE: Clean+clear, no, clean+clear, Y? LIME: Bright+Transparent, N, brightened, Y? BROCCOLI: Clear+supple, N, eventoned, Y. ROSE: Smooth+radiant, N, hydrate, MB/N? BAMBOO: Moisturise+vitalise, N, hydrate, MB? . ESSENCE - very runny, lots of essence left, absorbs well, hydrates. CUCUMBER: Replenish moisture, Y, hydrate, N? MANUKA HONEY: Replenish moisture, Y, normal - N (strong alc smell). TOMATO: Clear+vibrant, Y, forgot to record results. POMEGRANATE: Plump+radiant, Y, Made my skin red, N. FIG: Dull skin, smooth+clear, Y, normal, N. ALOE: Soothe+calm, Y, no change, N. . CREAM - runny milk, a good amount of essence left, very nourished, tacky, coated finish. SHEA BUTTER: Deeply Moisturise, N, very coated finish - N, really bad fit. COCONUT: Moisturise+smooth, N, so moisturised, Y? Rice was better though. GINSENG: (seemed less runny than other creams), revitalise tired skin, N, normal, MB/Y. Hello la compagnie ! ❄️ . On se les gèle aujourd’hui ⛄️ . Bon sinon on oublie pas petit soin du soir ce soir c’est masque de Innisfree à la baie d’acai . Effet du masque : . Enrichie en antioxydants il nettoie et illumine la peau (contient aussi un peu d’aloa pour une hydratation légère) . Ce que j’en pense : . Tout d’abord J’ADORE l’odeur ! Il sent super bon j’aime beaucoup la texture de crème qui est sur le tissu. Peau propre et rafraîchi ❤️ bon juste un peu trop de crème, j’ai du enlever le surplus avec un coton. . Innisfree My Real Squeeze Mask Tomato . . This mask took me by surprise! I was expecting the mask to be red and smell like V8 but not at all! I can’t really explain the smell; it just smells floral(?). I didn’t have a problem with the fit. Also, it has two tabs on top to help you place the mask. . . The mask claims give nourishment, and leave tired skin clear and vibrant. I am not sure if it made my skin clear and vibrant, but I did feel moisturized.
