Today I want to review the second product from Natural Derma Project, Cica Bio-Placenta Cream*⁣ 〰️⁣ As we age, the production of growth factors (growth factors) also decreases. The smell is fresh orange-y from the bergamot oil. It feels refreshing to use in this heat.⁣ 〰️⁣ I can't say much about the claim of reducing wrinkles, because I don't have wrinkles yet. But last week I was purging because of certain exfoliating toner. This cream helps calm my skin without worsening it. Last week I started using the @naturaldermaproject.official Cica Bio-Placenta cream I received from @charis_celeb. Here's what I think of it. - The cream comes in a sturdy, plastic tub containing 50 ml of product. It has its own plastic spatula &carries the sweet scent of lemons. It has a very light minty green color in the tub but appears white against the skin. The star ingredients are the names of this cream: bio-placenta & cica/centella asiatica extract. Bio-placenta is a patented ingredient with 5 growth factors, amino acids & vitamins. Its effects include accelerated healing of the skin, increased skin renewal rate, wrinkle reduction, & skin rejuvenation. Other ingredients include allantoin, ceramide & betaine. It’s a gel-like cream that can be suitable for a lot of skin types. The texture becomes runny, almost watery as soon as you start massaging it in. For those who are on the more oily spectrum, consider applying a small amount first. In my experience, as I’ve got oily skin, the cream produces a tacky feeling as you begin to apply it. Within 1-2 mins. the tackiness gives way to a soft & smooth feeling. It never feels sticky or greasy to touch even with how hot & humid the weather has become in the Philippines. It also leaves a cooling sensation which is always a welcome comfort. As soon as it is absorbed, the skin feels hydrated & looks slightly dewy. At best I can say, it has a satin-like finish. I believe it doesn’t make me more oily during the day. I can recommend this to every skin type but I do believe this will benefit dry or normal skin more. If you’ve got an oily skin and you don’t mind waiting for a few minutes for the cream to be fully absorbed, then go ahead and give this a go. Seeing as this is just my first week of using this, I will update you guys if anything changes in my skin as I will keep this in my skincare rotation. Most of skincare enthusiasts know what Cica Cream is, and what it contains. But I was wondering if anyone in the community knows a thing or two about Bio-Placenta. After a little research, I found out that Bio-Placenta uses EXTRACT FROM PLANTS and their components that are close to Human Placenta to boost skin cell growth and improve scars and redness. Also, the major effects of Human Placenta such as skin recovery, wrinkle, and skin elasticity improvement and cell activation are also found in Bio-Placenta, which is one of the main ingredient used in this Cica Cream other than Centella Asiatica Extract, Allantoin, Ceramide and Betaine. Centella Asiatica, one of the skincare ingredient that most of us are familiar with. What it does is it basically heals scars, appeases scar marks, and is anti-wrinkle as well.
